Investigation of Stray Radiation Suppression in Infrared Imaging System Using a Novel Broadband and High-Absorption Ceramic Coating

چکیده
Aiming at addressing the vulnerability of infrared imaging opto-mechanical system to stray radiation interference caused by an external laser, a new method with broadband and high-absorptivity ceramic coating on inner wall is proposed reduce intensity, which helpful improve quality detection image. Based plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) technology, preparation properties novel are studied, long-wave optical high-absorption designed developed. It verified for first time that can suppress in system, effect laser incident power angle investigated. The experimental results show achieve 95.4% high absorption wavelength range 0.2–16 μm, obviously laser. calculation suppression ratio shows that, compared case without coating, intensity be reduced 70% using coating.
